At Ironbloom, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item is returned in its original packaging with all accessories included

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care


3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at ironbloomllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Ironbloom is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us first to confirm product availability. Exchanges are subject to the same eligibility conditions as returns.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider

  3. If the issue persists, contact us for assistance


9. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
