1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is successfully received.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.
Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays.
2. Shipping Locations
Ironbloom currently ships within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.

4. Shipping Carriers

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update in the carrier’s system.
If you do not receive a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Ironbloom is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Ironbloom is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the order has been handed over for delivery.
8. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
9. Shipping Confirmation & Risk of Loss
All purchases from Ironbloom are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
